Vault Mental Health has opened a local office expanding its counselling services to individuals, couples, families and first-responders in Northumberland County.
The clinic provides support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and life transitions. Its therapists use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies and the Gottman Method for couples counselling.
Clinical Director Jessica O’Connor tells us about opening her latest facility in Port Hope.

The clinic’s services are designed to offer a personalized experience, with therapists working closely with clients to understand their unique needs. First-responders are a focus for Vault Mental Health, providing a safe and supportive space to process trauma and maintain mental wellness.
According to O’Connor, they offer services both onsite and virtually.
Vault Mental Health offers online therapy using the OWL platform, a secure and PHIPA-compliant video service that allows clients to connect with therapists from home.
