A dental office administration program is coming to Loyalist College.
Senior vice-president of academics Amanda Baskwill talks about what the one-year certificate program offers.
Baskwill says the program has been added to the study schedule to address the needs of community partners.
Baskwill says in addition to computer labs to use the software a dental office operates on, students will head into the field, too.
Baskwill says we need to recognize the importance of office administration in a dental-care setting.
The program will welcome its first class in fall of 2025 at the Loyalist Belleville campus with a capacity of 30 students.
