The Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) Foundation is embarking on a new venture with the launch of its first-ever Catch the Ace progressive lottery.
The initiative kicks off on June 20, with tickets available for purchase exclusively online at www.nhhcatchtheace.ca.
Catch the Ace lotteries have gained widespread popularity across Canada, raising substantial funds for various causes. The game’s allure lies in its progressive jackpot, which continues to grow each week until someone selects the winning Ace of Spades.
“We’re excited to bring a fun new way of fundraising to west Northumberland. Playing the NHH Catch the Ace is a way to not only possibly win something for yourself, but to support our local hospital while doing it,” shares Megan Fluxgold, Community Engagement & Events Specialist.
In this lottery, each ticket purchased not only provides a chance to win but also directly benefits the NHH Foundation. From every ticket sold, 50% goes to the foundation, 30% contributes to the progressive jackpot, and 20% is awarded as a weekly consolation prize if the Ace of Spades is not drawn.
Participants can buy their tickets online using Interac, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.
