The Virtual Colour Run for Care, organized by the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation kicked off July 25 and runs until Saturday (Aug 8).
You can register for The Virtual Colour Run for Care, print off the runners bib and share photos of their journeys on social media using #CR4C2020 and tagging the NHH Foundation’s social media pages.
Natasha Jacobs, special events officer with the foundation, tells us more.
Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, those participating can walk or run along a 1, 5 or 10 kilometre route, and end up at a finish sign at two locations:
• In Memorial Park on the corner of Queen and Augusta Streets in Port Hope
• Near the West Beach Boardwalk on Hibernia Street in Cobourg.
Jacobs says not only is our community filled with beautiful spaces, but it is also filled with generous supporters of NHH.
