A Baltimore man is $100,000 richer after winning a top prize with Instant Hot Card, from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.
David Mustard purchased the winning $5 scratch ticket at A-Plus Variety and Convenience Store on Wellington Street in Port Hope. The game offers top prizes of $100,000, with overall odds of winning any prize listed at 1 in 3.80.
