A Cobourg woman has been arrested following a vehicle theft investigation.
Cobourg Police say they received a report of a stolen vehicle from a residence on Sutherland Crescent on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
With the help of the public, a person of interest was identified, and the stolen vehicle was successfully recovered.
On Thursday, March 13, a 42-year-old Cobourg woman turned herself in to police. She was arrested and charged with motor vehicle theft and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions.
