Kawartha Metals is bringing the interactive CHOIR! CHOIR! CHOIR! concert to Port Hope’s Cameco Capitol Arts Centre on November 2, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
The event is a fundraiser supporting Sounds of the Next Generation (SONG), a local program offering free music education to children and youth from Grade 1 to 12.
Sounds of the Next Generation Executive Director Miles Bowman tells more about this annual event.
The concert, led by CHOIR! CHOIR! CHOIR! creators Daveed Goldman and Nobu Adilman, invites the audience to become part of the performance, singing along to anthems like Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” and other classics. With no prior singing experience required, attendees are encouraged to bring their friends and join the fun.
