Cobourg police have charged a 67-year-old man with mischief under $5,000 after responding to an incident at a business near Ontario Street and King Street West on October 4, 2024.
The man was accused of damaging planter boxes at the establishment.
Police say they quickly located him nearby and, following an investigation, arrested and charged him.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
