Rebound Child and Youth Services Northumberland has completed facility upgrades thanks to a $39,600 grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).
Rebound Child and Youth Services is a not-for-profit organization that has been offering high-quality, community-based programs in Northumberland County since 1997.
Rebound’s Executive Director Sam Rockbrune told us how the money was spent.
Rockbrune says the multi-sensory furniture, custom-made tables and benches, and a new smart screen will help to improve the therapeutic spaces for vulnerable youth.
“These enhancements are crucial for setting our clients up for success on their journey,” said Sam Rockbrune, Rebound’s Executive Director. The changes ensure that from the moment families enter the building, they feel welcomed and supported.
MPP David Piccini visited the organization to congratulate them on the enhancements, which are designed to create a more welcoming and engaging environment for children and youth.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation grant will help Rebound continue its essential work, providing vital support to children, youth, and their families.
