The weather outside may be getting frightful, but the Cobourg Library has some delightful ways to help you warm up to the holidays
You can drop in for some hot chocolate and activates before the Santa Claus parade on Saturday, and Rachel Spence tells us, on Friday they have a special treat in store.
No registration is required.
And this Saturday, December 2nd before the Santa Claus Parade hits the streets, the library will help you get into the Christmas spirit.
Rachel told us more about the Winter Festival.
So drop by between 3 and 6 pm to get your holiday started with some help from your friends at the library and Experience Cobourg.
Even when the Cobourg Library is closed, there are still a number of ways you can take advantage of your library card.
Spence told us they offer Ontario Parks pass loans, access to Novelist which will help you find authors similar to ones you’ve read and a Netflix-like service called Canopy, all included with your library membership.
Those databases include not just books, but also movies, tv shows and more.
So don’t let the weather limit your options over the holidays. For more information on all of the libraries programs and services, plus more coming events, check out their website at
