County Road 2 is closed between Theatre Road and Lovshin Road.
Northumberland OPP are currently on-site with technical traffic collision investigators.
They’re expecting that County Road 2 will be closed for several hours for their investigation.
OPP provided a release just after 3 pm today to say the head-on collision has resulted in a fatality.
We’ll keep you posted with details as we have them, but you’re advised to avoid the area.
