Boating season is here once again, so while some boats are loaded into the water there will be some closures around the Cobourg marina.
The Town of Cobourg is letting residents know about some road and parking lot closures that will begin on Wednesday, May 11 due to the Cobourg Marina Boat Lift-In and Hauling operations.
The closures will include pedestrian traffic, so to be safe you should avoid the closed areas to stay out of the path of the hauler.
Town staff say they will make every effort to open walkways whenever possible.
Parking lot closures from Wednesday, May 11 until Sunday, May 15 include:
- Esplanade East
- Esplanade West
- Division Street South
Road closures from Wednesday, May 11 until Sunday, May 15 include:
- Hibernia Street, south of Third Street
- Third Street, between Hibernia Street and The Esplanade
- The Esplanade
- Division Street, south of The Esplanade
Parking lot closures on Sunday May 15 include:
- Marina Parking Lot (including pedestrian traffic)
