The Highway of Heroes campaign says 117,000 trees have been planted on the Highway of Heroes right-of-way –
The Highway of Heroes adds that there are are also more than 1.8 million more, to remember Canadians who volunteered to join the military.
The campaign says they’ll also continue to raise funds, plant trees and remember the hard work/dedication of first responders and front-line workers, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
