Lions Club of Cobourg take-away roast beef dinner with all the fixings this Sunday

Take the night off of cooking.

The Lions Club of Cobourg has you covered and are offering a take-away roast beef dinner with all the fixings this Sunday (May 16).

The cost is $15 per person, with an option of delivery for $5 per household (in Cobourg only).

Vice President of the Cobourg Lions Club, Vicky Davis, says you can Preorder and Prepay (by either Etransfer or Credit Card) by calling Vicky Davis at 905-373-5942.

You pickup your lunch between 4:30 am until 6 pm at the Lions Community Centre and Davis says you should also know that volunteers will be taking all the precautions necessary when handling your meals.

Proceeds from this dinner will go to Community Projects.

Since 1950, The Lions Club of Cobourg community projects have included donations to The Northumberland Hills Hospital chemotherapy unit, local Sports associations, bursary and scholarships to area schools, individuals and families in need of assistance, CNIB, Baltimore Arena, Lions Pavilion in Victoria Park, an organizing sponsor of the Cobourg Santa Claus parade and 1 of the organizers of the Waterfront Festival, plus many more projects.
