Campbellford is welcoming a new hospitalist this month – Dr. Karishma Bhimji has worked in Bryan, Texas as a hospitalist at a site with 300 beds. Dr. Bhimji has also received her nursing diploma from Humber College and her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Texas Women’s University. While working in Texas, she also completed the requirements for physician licensure over 10 years, in Dominica and the United States.
As part of her monthly rotation, Dr. Bhimji will be providing medical care to patients of the hospital’s in-patient unit and providing consultation to physicians at CMH.
