Free COPD Education and Support Group by NFHT
Ed's House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre, Ontario Street, Cobourg, ON, Canada
This weekly Tuesday program starting April 1 is designed to increase understanding of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and enhance quality of life by teaching how to best manage your COPD.
A variety of topics are discussed from medication to how to maintain and improve exercise tolerance.
Everyone is welcome to join. You are welcome to attend all sessions or pick and choose which sessions you want to watch or attend.
There will be a session in-person and streamed on zoom.
No registration is required for in-person sessions, you are welcome to drop-in to Ed's House on Tuesdays from 1:30 to 2:30pm at 1301 Ontario St in Cobourg.
