Have your say on how Cobourg could manage the high volume of visitors to Victoria Beach during a typical summer.
That was Emily Chorley, councillor and co-ordinator of parks and recreation for the Town of Cobourg.
Chorley adds the online survey is open until February 23rd and seeks input from residents and business owners on how the town can best manage the rising popularity of Victoria Beach.
She explains the survey is already popular since being launched on Tuesday (Feb 2).
Chorley says participants have the opportunity to help shape the government’s approach to mitigating the high volume of visitors to Victoria Beach while voicing their top priorities, concerns and ideas, such as a suggestion to do passes for residents of Northumberland County.
The Cobourg Beach Use survey is available at engagecobourg.ca and takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
