The gate controlling access to Highway 401 westbound at County Road 30 in Brighton has been closed following a collision in the area of this morning’s truck fire. Clean-up continues at the fire scene.
Earlier westbound traffic was getting through via the right lane only between County Road 30 and County Road 25.
There is also a collision reported on the 401 eastbound in the same area.
No word yet on injuries connected to the fire or the recent collisions.
